All villages have pubs, shops and restaurants. Recreation in the area includes fishing (tackle and boats can be hired locally). Lough cruising, cabin crusiers for exploring the lough and islands are also available, as is horse-riding, golf, walking and cycling. You are no more than two hours drive from the west coast of Clare and all it has to offer.
